The domain name www.araoconsults.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is owned by Mr.Aditya Rao, a proprietorship firm having its office at Shop 42, Ground Floor, Raghuleela Mega Mall, Behind Poisar Depot, Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067.

Aditya Rao Consultants PVT LTD is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our Website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames within India are between 7-14 days. In the event that an order item is not available or has gone to backorder, we will notify you on your invoice. Export customers will be notified within 7-14 business days regarding a freight fee in addition to the cost of the order.

We will replace the product or give you credit, at our discretion, if the product you purchased is lost or damaged in transit, is faulty, or is significantly different from the one shown on the Website. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery depending on location, but take into account that it may take longer for us to deliver products in some circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or transport disruptions.
